A program for increase the achievement level of the selected students.
Objectives - To identify specific learning difficulties of the students.
To increase the interest of learning.
To develop the self esteem in backward students.
To increase the achievement level of the students.
Procedure - Identified students' achievement levels through term test results.
Through analyzed data gave them targets.
Conduct the program 6.30 am to 12.30 pm on each Saturdays.
Give them a free designed T-Shirt.
Give certificate to students who achieve the given target.
